About Liverpool Exhibition Centre

A £40 million exhibition and events complex, Exhibition Centre Liverpool is conveniently between the Echo Arena and BT Convention Centre on the water’s edge of the River Mersey. The waterfront and world-class centre hosts numerous events including exhibitions, consumer shows, concerts and national and international conferences.

There are also many on-site hotels with over 200 rooms on offer. But the Exhibition Centre Liverpool is not just a building, it’s a symbol of Liverpool’s 21st-century regeneration, which has propelled the city into the future and the latest development does its population proud. Built by the company that made the London 2012 Velodrome, Exhibition Centre Liverpool may have only opened its doors in 2014, but it’s already seen a wealth of conferences, exhibits and concerts. The Liberal Democrats convention was held here as was the MCM Comic Con and the Liverpool Wedding Show. The British Council of Shopping Centres and the National Cancer Research Institute have also held big events inside the complex.
