There are no direct trains to travel from Edinburgh Waverley to Southampton Central station, so you will have to make at least one change during your journey. The train operators that offer services for this route are CrossCountry from Southampton Central to Wolverhampton and Avanti West Coast from Wolverhampton to Edinburgh Waverley.
