Travelling from Norwich, you’ll pass through the East Anglian towns and cities of Ipswich, Colchester, and Chelmsford, before you reach London Liverpool Street, in the east of the capital. After a quick journey on the Circle line or the Hammersmith & City line, you'll find yourself at Paddington and ready to start the next part of the journey. You’ll leave London and travel firstly through the home counties, before crossing the Wessex Downs. From there it’s full speed ahead to your final destination, travelling through the Somerset countryside, before reaching the city of Exeter. We recommend a window seat on the second part of your journey, as the Somerset countryside and Devon landscape serve up some wonderful views.
