Trains to Pinhoe

Pinhoe train station serves the village of Pinhoe on the eastern edge of Exeter in Devon. The village centre of Pinhoe can be found to the north of the station along Station Road. The village itself has a long history; it was first mentioned in the Domesday Book of 1086. The station at Pinhoe is situated on the West of England Main Line between Exeter and Salisbury. Train services at this station are provided by South Western Railway, with a typical off-peak service of one train every hour between London Waterloo and Exeter St Davids, via Salisbury and Yeovil Junction.  

Pinhoe train station has two platforms, one on either side of the line. Both platforms have step-free access and a connection between the platforms can be achieved via a level crossing. Local bus service connections can be found to the south of the station on the nearby Pinn Lane. There is no ticket office at this station so journeys need to be purchased either in advance of travel or on the train.
