Trains to Kirk Sandall

Kirk Sandall Railway Station serves the Doncaster suburb of Kirk Sandall with regular Northern trains service on the South Humberside Main Line. Trains from Kirk Sandall depart on an hourly basis eastbound, with services running to Scunthorpe and Hull and westbound services half-hourly to Doncaster with continuing service to Meadowhall and Sheffield. In the evening, service to Hull and Sheffield remains hourly; on Sundays, trains run two-hourly towards Goole and Sheffield.  

Wholly unstaffed, Kirk Sandall Railway Station has a single island platform located in the centre of a four-track layout.  As there are no ticketing provisions at this station, passengers should take care to purchase tickets for travel from Kirk Sandall ahead of time or on board from a conductor. There is a single waiting shelter with bench seating located on the platform, and train running information is provided via timetable posters and digital departure screens. The island platform is accessible via ramp.
