Trains to Halling

Halling Railway Station lies slightly to the north of the village of Halling and is served by Southeastern trains on the Medway Valley Line. Typical off-peak service sees two trains from Halling depart each hour both ways. Southbound trains run to Maidstone West with alternate trains extending to either Paddock Wood or Tonbridge; northbound trains run to Strood. Customers for onward travel to London should change at Strood for connections to London Charing Cross. 

Station facilities at Halling are basic but functional. The original station building is in disuse, so tickets must be purchased from the self-service ticket machine located at the entrance to platform 1. Waiting shelters with bench seating are present on both platforms. A customer help point is located at the station entrance near the ticket machines. Platform 1 for Maidstone West is step-free accessible, but platform 2 (for Strood and Kent) is accessed via footbridge and stairway only.
