Trains to Guide Bridge

Guide Bridge Railway Station serves the Guide Bridge area of Ashton-under-Lyne in Audenshaw with regular Northern services on the Hope Valley Line, the Manchester-Glossop Line, and a single parliamentary departure on the Stockport to Stalybridge Line on Fridays only. Trains from Guide Bridge operate half-hourly on the Manchester-Glossop line (with an increase to every twenty minutes during peak periods) and half-hourly on the Hope Valley Line towards Rose Hill for a total of four trains an hour. On Sundays, there is half-hourly service to Hadfield on the Manchester-Glossop Line, but no service to Rose Hill.  

 Guide Bridge Station has good facilities, including a station car park with 140 spaces, a staffed ticket office, and customer access to a helpline via dial-in.  Waiting shelters with bench seating are available on both platforms; the original station buildings are disused and still visible from platform 2. Additionally, there are customer help points on both platforms, and a cycle storage facility located to the rear of platform 1.
