Folkestone Central train station is one of two stations within the port town of Folkestone, Kent. The station is a short walk from The Leas cliff top promenade. This is the closest train station to the Harbour, where you can enjoy food, live music, and a beautiful view. Facilities at the train station include a ticket office open from Monday to Sunday, a coffee shop in the centre of the platforms, and a vending machine in the ticket hall. With the two platforms accessible via a ramp, there is seating available for passengers.

Getting to Dover Priory is easy from this station, it is just one stop away, a minimum of two trains arrive per hour, during peak periods this can increase to three, the journey is 11 minutes long.
