Filton Abbey Wood train station is located 5 miles from Bristol City Centre. The station is in the town of Filton, South Gloucestershire and was built in 1863. Since its first opening, the station has been renamed and resisted three times the station has been known as Filton, Filton Junction and now Filton Abbey Wood. The station has three platforms there is a ticket office open from Monday to Friday from 12 pm to 6 pm, ticket machines are also available. All three platforms are connected via two footbridges, and there are shelters on each platform.
