Billingham station is located on Marsh House Avenue in Billingham County, Durham. It is served by Northern Railways Durham Coast Line which runs from Middlesbrough to Newcastle. It is also served by British Rails Eastern Region Historical line. The station Is located a 15-minute walk away from Billingham Rugby Club. The station, which opened in 1966, is a modern-style halt on the line and opened to replace the town's larger station which is located closer towards the Norton town centre.
