Situated tidily on a junction between the Wirral Line and the Borderlands Line, Bidston train station serves Bidston, Birkenhead, with regular service by Merseyrail and Arriva Trains Wales. A 2-platform station, Bidston acts as the northern terminus for the Borderlands line from Wrexham Central. One train to Bidston runs each hour from platform 2.
