Bethnal Green Railway Station was opened in 1872 and sits between London Liverpool Street and Cambridge Heath with services from London heading towards Cheshunt, Enfield Town and Chingford. All services from this station are run by London Overground who took over from Greater Anglia in 2015. As a result of this change, Bethnal Green Railway Station now appears on the world-famous London Tube Map.
Bethnal Green Railway Station and Bethnal Green tube station are two very different stations and the latter is approximately 8 minutes walk away.
There is no dedicated ticket office at the station with a self-service machine available just inside the entrance from Three Colts Lane.
