Trains to Bank Hall

One of the Northern Line's quietest stations, Bank Hall Railway Station serves the Kirkdale area of Liverpool, just north of the city centre, with frequent daily service from Merseyrail. Although built as a two-platform station, only one island platform remains in use; the other platform is overgrown and has no track. As with most Merseyrail stations, Bank Hall Station's ticket office is staffed during station hours of service, beginning at roughly 05:45 until end of service just after midnight. Shelters are available on the platform for passenger use, and the station is also equipped with digital display screens for information about continuing services.

Trains to Bank Hall operate once ever 15 minutes during the week, northbound to Southport and southbound to Hunts Cross via Liverpool Central. During the summer, these services run on Sundays as well with alternate trains terminating at Liverpool. Wintertime Sunday service is half-hourly in each direction.
