Trains to Aylesbury Vale Parkway

Situated just northwest of Aylesbury proper, Aylesbury Vale Parkway Railway Station acts as a terminus and main changing point for commuters along Chiltern Railways' London-Aylesbury line. Designed to serve the villages and housing developments north of Aylesbury, Aylesbury Vale connects with existing bus services along the A41 corridor and regularly scheduled Chiltern Railways trains to London. Off peak, one train from Aylesbury departs towards London Marylebone via Amersham; during peak periods, there may be up to three trains. Aylesbury Vale Parkway is also a proposed stop on the East West Rail service between London Marylebone and Milton Keynes Central.

A new station only opened in 2010, Aylesbury Vale Parkway is fully outfitted with modern amenities, including a fully staffed ticket office and ticket machines, departure and arrival screens, toilets, baby changing facilities, bike stands, a station carpark with over 500 spaces, and a cafe with refreshments and hot drinks. Step-free access is available to both platforms.
