Planning a trip from Madrid to Toulouse? Consider taking the train!
While there aren’t currently any direct trains connecting these two cities, you can get from Madrid to Toulouse by train in just over seven hours with one transfer along the way. You’ll travel on modern and comfortable SNCF trains that are kitted out with all the amenities you need for a relaxing trip. It’s certainly a lot less tiring than trekking to airports on the outskirts of both cities, and it’s the more eco-friendly option. Arrive at the historic Toulouse station and you’ll be a short metro ride away from city centre.

Most of the train companies across Europe release their tickets around three to six months in advance, many of which can be cheaper the earlier you book. If you know the dates you want to travel, you may be able to find some cheaper train tickets from Madrid to Toulouse by booking early.§
