Wondering how to get from Luxembourg to Amsterdam without taking a flight? It’s simple - hop on the train! Although there aren’t currently any direct services available, you can get from Luxembourg’s central station to Amsterdam-Centraal in five and a half hours with one change. While it may not be as quick as the flight, you won’t have to deal with trekking to far-flung airports or waiting around in airport queues.

Most of the train companies across Europe release their tickets around three to six months in advance, many of which can be cheaper the earlier you book. If you know the dates you want to travel, you may be able to find some cheaper train tickets from Luxembourg to Amsterdam by booking early.§
