A. Aftersales conditions for EUROSTAR STANDARD / EUROSTAR PLUS
Exchange
You can exchange the departure date and/or the departure time (but not the destination) of your ticket up until one hour before your
original departure time without paying an exchange fee.
If your exchange includes an upgrade in travel class, you can upgrade to Eurostar Plus, but you cannot upgrade to Eurostar Premier.
In all circumstances:
- if the cost of your new ticket is more than the cost of your original ticket, you will be required to pay the difference;
- if the cost of your new ticket is less than the cost of your original ticket, you will not receive a refund of the difference.
Tickets that are exchanged less than seven days before the departure date to a new later departure date will in all circumstances become
non-refundable in accordance with the paragraph below (“Non-Refundable Exchanged Ticket”).
Refund
Tickets are refundable seven days or more before the date of departure for a fee. The fee is €/£25, $40 per individual for a refund for a
single leg, and €/£50, $80 per individual for a refund for a return ticket.
Tickets are non-refundable:
- less than seven days before the date of departure; and/or
- if the ticket becomes a Non-Refundable Exchanged Ticket in accordance with the paragraph above.
Cross-channel routes only: If you claim a refund for a single leg of a return ticket, the refund will be calculated taking into account any
discount for a return ticket (compared to two single leg tickets) that you may have received at the time of purchasing the return ticket.
B. Aftersales conditions for EUROSTAR PREMIER
Exchange
You can exchange the departure date and/or the departure time (but not the destination) of your ticket up until 48 hours after your original
departure time without paying an exchange fee.
- If the cost of your new ticket is more than the cost of your original ticket, you will be required to pay the difference.
- If the cost of your new ticket is less than the cost of your original ticket, you will not receive a refund of the difference.
Refund
Tickets are refundable without paying a fee up until 48 hours after your original departure time. Tickets are non-refundable more than 48
hours after your original departure time.
Cross-channel only: you claim a refund for a single leg of a return ticket, the refund will be calculated taking into account any discount for a
return ticket (compared to two single leg tickets) that you may have received at the time of purchasing the return ticket
