Coming from a collaboration between Trenitalia, SBB, Deutsche Bahn and ÖBB, EuroCity don't have their own First Class lounges. However, you can still access a number of First Class lounges in Italy, Switzerland, Austria and Germany if you hold a EuroCity First Class train ticket.
