The most economical fare. With this ticket, you can:

• Change your travel date and time with a 60% fee up to 72 hours before departure, plus any difference in price with the available offer at the time of the change.
• Get an 80% refund if you cancel your trip up to 72 hours before departure (only if you purchase the Refund Option service, available on selected offers).

Italo Economy

A balance between flexibility and convenience.

• You can change the departure time and date without restrictions up to 3 minutes before departure, with a 20% fee (+ any price difference with the available offer at the time of the change in the purchased travel class).
• You are entitled to a 50% refund of the ticket cost if you can’t travel.
• If you miss the train, for a €10 fee (+ any price difference with the available offer at the time of the change in the purchased travel class), you have 1 hour of Extra Time to find a seat on the next available train by contacting the staff at the station or calling 892020 (Italian number, fees may apply).

Italo Flex

The key word is flexibility!

• Change the time, date, and traveler name for free as many times as you want up to 3 minutes before departure. And if you can’t travel, don’t worry, you’re entitled to an 80% refund.
• If you miss the train, you have 1 hour of Extra Time to find a seat on the next available train by contacting the staff at the station or calling 892020 (subject to availability; Italian phone number, fees may apply).
• Thanks to the PARTI ORA service (subject to availability) for €12, on the day of departure, you can choose to bring your travel time forward up to 2 hours before the booked time. This service is available on certain trains and only on the day of departure.
